Mouse Peroxiredoxin 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Peroxiredoxin 4 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody in combination with an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Sensitivity is 0.108 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. Reported recovery averages 91% in serum (range 80%–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). For research use only.
