Mouse Peroxiredoxin 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Peroxiredoxin 1/PAG in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Peroxiredoxin 1/PAG is pre-coated onto a microplate; standards and samples are captured, then detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Peroxiredoxin 1/PAG Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with visualisation using a TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.103 ng/ml. The pre-coated microplate comprises 12 x 8 well strips and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5), with dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16 across the same sample types. Components include a lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
