Mouse Periplakin ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Mouse Periplakin ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Periplakin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.115 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity data for dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 are reported across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each).
