Mouse Peripheral Myelin Protein 22 ELISA Kit

Sample recovery was evaluated in serum (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 96%, n=5), and heparin plasma (average 94%, n=5). Dilution linearity was assessed across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, with serum recovery ranging from 90–99% to 92–103% depending on dilution, EDTA plasma from 84–105% to 72–106%, and heparin plasma from 89–92% to 90–98%.

Components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard in 2 vials, Detection Solutions A and B (120 µl each), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml), and adhesive plate sealers.
