Mouse Perforin 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Perforin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, with results read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader. The standard curve covers a product range of 0.625–40 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of less than 0.224 ng/ml, and the assay runs in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Recovery in spiked samples averaged 91% (range 80–102%) for serum (n=5), 90% (range 81–100%) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 84% (range 80–89%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Linearity was demonstrated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Kit components are shipped for storage at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
