Mouse Parathyroid Hormone ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers this competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Parathyroid Hormone in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with Parathyroid Hormone antigen and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. In the assay, analyte in samples or standards competes with the immobilized antigen for binding sites on a Biotinylated Anti-Parathyroid Hormone Antibody; an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate then yield a signal whose intensity is inversely proportional to Parathyroid Hormone concentration.

The reported assay range is 3.12–200 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <1.14 pg/ml and a total assay time of 2 hours 30 minutes. Validation data are reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each), with dilution-linearity results provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions.
