Mouse Parathymosin ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Mouse PTMS ELISA Kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse PTMS in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated microplate format bearing PTMS antigen, with detection based on a biotinylated anti-PTMS antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Signal is read by absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with colour intensity inversely proportional to PTMS concentration.

Performance characteristics quoted in the product literature include a sensitivity of <14.2 ng/ml and an assay range of 46.8-3000 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, and the procedure has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
