Mouse Paraoxonase 1 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com assay is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Paraoxonase 1 (PON1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, with a Biotinylated Anti-PON1 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, stopped with an acidic solution, and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reactivity is restricted to mouse samples. The assay has a working range of 1.25–80 ng/ml and a reported sensitivity of 0.51 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated on each component, and the product is supplied for research use only.
