Mouse Palate/Lung And Nasal Epithelium Associated Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Plunc in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with antibody specific for Plunc, and captured analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-Plunc antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, producing a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of Plunc is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

Stated sensitivity is <0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
