Mouse Oxoguanine Glycosylase 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse Oxoguanine Glycosylase 1 (Ogg1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Ogg1 is pre-coated onto the plate, with detection via a biotinylated anti-Ogg1 antibody, HRP-avidin and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Assays are run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Reported sensitivity is <12.1 pg/ml and the assay range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml.

Spike-and-recovery performance is reported for serum (average 91% across 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90% across 81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84% across 80%–89%, n=5). Dilutional linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum (87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, 92–97%), EDTA plasma (90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, 79–108%) and heparin plasma (84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, 89–91%). Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
