Mouse Optineurin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Optineurin in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses an HRP-catalysed TMB reaction read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, yielding a quantitative result.

According to the manufacturer, the kit covers a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes 4 h 30 min. Reported average recoveries (n=5) are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma across the dilution range tested. Components should be stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as indicated, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
