Mouse Olfactomedin 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Olfactomedin 4 (OLFM4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-OLFM4 detection antibody together with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <13.5 pg/ml, with an assay range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported sample recovery values (n=5) are: serum 80-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81-100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 ranges from 74-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 82-105% for heparin plasma.
