Mouse Nucleolin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Nucleolin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit is supplied on a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

Standards and test samples are added to the wells, where Nucleolin is captured by the immobilized antibody, then detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Nucleolin Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Total assay time is 4h 30m, the product range is 0.156-10 ng/ml and the stated sensitivity is <0.042 ng/ml. Mean recovery across n=5 samples is 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%), with dilution linearity reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
