Mouse Norepinephrine Transporter ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Noradrenaline Transporter (also referred to as Norepinephrine Transporter) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate to which an antibody specific for Noradrenaline Transporter has been immobilised. Standards and test samples are added to the wells; after incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-Noradrenaline Transporter Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate is then used to produce a blue colour that turns yellow on addition of the acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The concentration of Noradrenaline Transporter in each sample is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

The quantitative working range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml, and the full assay can be completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated on each item, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
