Mouse Noggin ELISA Kit

Sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Noggin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate (12 × 8 well strips), with an antibody specific for Noggin immobilised on the wells. Standards and test samples are added, followed by Biotinylated Anti-Noggin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

The quantitative measurement range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In validation testing (n=5), average recovery was 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (80–89%), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions.
