Mouse NLRP1 ELISA Kit

A 2-hour sandwich ELISA in QuickRun format, this Antibodies.com kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse NLRP1 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for NLRP1 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Using a pre-coated 96-well microplate and optimized ready-to-use reagents, the workflow follows a standard sandwich format: standards and samples are added to wells where NLRP1 binds to the immobilized capture antibody, followed by biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin reagents to form an antibody-antigen-antibody sandwich complex. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm and NLRP1 concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

The kit has a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a product range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. Validated sample dilutions include healthy serum (undiluted) and healthy plasma (undiluted), with recovery across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma documented in the protocol manual. The kit is shipped at +4°C, and components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Do not use past the expiration date and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
