Mouse NK1R ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse NK-1R in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour colorimetric assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate using a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with signal developed by TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm.

The standard curve spans 46.875-3000 pg/mL with a reported sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL. The antibody pair is described as specific for NK-1R, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Sample dilution guidance recommends at least 1:2 dilution of serum and plasma in Sample Dilution Buffer, with healthy serum and healthy plasma validated at 1:2.

Recovery validation in undiluted samples (n=10) gave mean values of 96% for serum (range 90%-102%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 89%-100%), and 91% for heparin plasma (range 86%-103%). Linearity testing across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions returned broadly comparable recovery ranges for each matrix. Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated in the protocol manual, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
