Mouse Nitric Oxide Synthase 3, Endothelial ELISA Kit

The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate together with the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, employing a biotinylated anti-eNOS detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; the colourimetric reaction is quantified by absorbance at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

Spiked recovery in serum ranges from 80% to 102% (average 91%, n=5), in EDTA plasma from 81% to 100% (average 90%, n=5), and in heparin plasma from 80% to 89% (average 84%, n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated across sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
