Mouse Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate Oxidase 4 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-NADPH Oxidase 4 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.067 ng/ml. Supplied components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), detection solution A (120 µl), detection solution B (120 µl), 30X wash buffer (20 ml), sample dilution buffer (45 ml), TMB substrate (9 ml), stop solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips), with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Spike-and-recovery ranges are reported across n=5 for serum (80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80%–89%, average 84%), with linearity ranges given at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each sample type.
