Mouse Neurotensin Receptor 1, High Affinity ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Neurotensin Receptor 1 (NTSR1), High Affinity in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Neurotensin Receptor 1/NTSR1 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The assay has a stated range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.066 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colourmetric, employing a Biotinylated Anti-Neurotensin Receptor 1/NTSR1 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the O.D. absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Recovery has been characterised in mouse serum (average 91%, range 80-102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81-100%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80-89%), with linearity evaluated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.

Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
