Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y5 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y5 (NPY5R) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-NPY5R detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric readout at 450nm after TMB substrate addition.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.057 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In spiked-sample testing, recovery averaged 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (90–99%), and 96% in heparin plasma (91–101%). The kit is intended for research use only.
