Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y2 (NPY2R/Y2 Receptor) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-NPY2R/Y2 Receptor antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric end-point read at 450 nm. The product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml, with a stated assay time of 4 h 30 min. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Average recovery across five replicates per matrix is reported as 91% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 94% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions are also provided for the same sample types.
