Mouse Neuregulin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Neuregulin 1 (NRG1). The kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for NRG1 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-NRG1 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with detection via TMB substrate solution read at 450 nm.

Across the standard curve the assay covers 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml. Reported recoveries are approximately 80%–102% for serum (average 91%), 81%–100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%) and 80%–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%), with linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same matrices. The procedure is read on a colorimetric microplate reader and the total assay time is 4 h 30 m.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its stated expiration date.
