Mouse Netrin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Netrin 1. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP conjugate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. It is reactive with mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Sensitivity is 5.9 pg/ml and the standard curve covers 15.6–1000 pg/ml. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, two vials of lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported spike-and-recovery averages are 94% in serum, 97% in EDTA plasma and 95% in heparin plasma, with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in all three matrices. The kit is for research use only.
