Mouse Nephronectin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Nephronectin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit is for research use only.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for Nephronectin, paired with a Biotinylated Anti-Nephronectin detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. After incubation with TMB substrate, the colourimetric reaction is read at 450 nm and the analyte concentration is calculated against a standard curve. Detection is performed on a standard microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of 0.051 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml.

Manufacturer recovery data for n=5 samples give average values of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
