Mouse Nephrin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Nephrin in urine, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an immobilised capture antibody specific for Nephrin, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Nephrin Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate detection step, with absorbance read at 450 nm against a standard curve.

The assay covers a standard range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, a reported sensitivity of <0.123 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 h 30 m. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Supplied components include lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
