Mouse Nei Endonuclease VIII Like Protein 3 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com Mouse NEIL3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse NEIL3 (Nei Endonuclease VIII Like Protein 3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for NEIL3 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-NEIL3 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate solution, with the resulting colour change read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the NEIL3 concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml, an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery has been validated across five replicates in serum (average 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%), and linearity at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated and the assay is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader before the kit's stated expiration date.
