Mouse NADH Dehydrogenase, Quinone 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this Mouse NQO1 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse NQO1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured NQO1 is detected with a biotinylated anti-NQO1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, and the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate solution. The colour changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each) yielded average recoveries of 91% (range 80–102%), 90% (range 81–100%) and 84% (range 80–89%) respectively, with linearity assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
