Mouse N-Terminal Pro Atrial Natriuretic Peptide ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse N-Terminal Pro Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (NT-ProANP). The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported product range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 29 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
