Mouse Myostatin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Myostatin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection, and absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the quantitative sandwich ELISA has a product range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <35 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%), and 84% for Heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%). Dilution linearity data is provided for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma, and Heparin plasma samples.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers. Storage is at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
