Mouse Myeloid Cell Leukemia Sequence 1, Bcl2 Related ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Myeloid Cell Leukemia Sequence 1, Bcl2 Related (MCL1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. An antibody specific for MCL1 is pre-coated on the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-MCL1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution to yield a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to MCL1 concentration.

Components supplied include lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
