Mouse Muscle, Skeletal, Receptor Tyrosine Kinase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MUSK in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for MUSK is pre-coated onto a microplate, and the assay uses a biotinylated anti-MUSK detection antibody followed by HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The density of yellow product is proportional to MUSK concentration and is quantified against a standard curve.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes 4h 30m. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported average recoveries in undiluted samples are 91% for serum (n=5, range 80%-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%).
