Mouse Mucin 5 Subtype B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MUC5B (Mucin 5 Subtype B) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with results read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The procedure involves adding 100μl of standards or samples to the coated wells, incubation at 37°C, sequential incubation with working Detection Solutions A and B with washing in between, addition of 90μl of TMB Substrate and 50μl of Stop Solution, and reading the resulting colour change at 450 nm.
