Mouse Mucin 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MUC4 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Standards span 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.087 ng/ml, and the assay is completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with component-specific storage between +4°C and -20°C.

Recovery has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with averages of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively across n=5 samples per matrix. Linearity was also assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in matched serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.
