Mouse Mucin 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Mucin 2 (MUC2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for MUC2, capturing standards and test samples before incubation with a biotinylated anti-MUC2 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting yellow product, whose intensity is proportional to MUC2 concentration, is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative measurement is performed over a product range of 0.781-50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.31 ng/ml. The assay runs in 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
