Mouse Mothers Against Decapentaplegic Homolog 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Smad2 (Mothers Against Decapentaplegic Homolog 2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-Smad2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm. The standard curve covers a range of 62.5–4000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <24.6 pg/ml, and the complete protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
