Mouse Monokine Induced By Interferon Gamma ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL9 (Monokine Induced By Interferon Gamma) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CXCL9. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where CXCL9 is captured by the immobilised antibody. A biotinylated anti-CXCL9 detection antibody is then added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate solution. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration of CXCL9 is calculated against a standard curve. The standard product range is 46.8-3000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 18.35 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.

Validated recovery in mouse samples was assessed for serum (range 80-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80-89%, average 84%, n=5). Linearity data across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
