Mouse Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 5 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 5 (MCP5) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MCP5 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids [C0, S1]. It is reactive with mouse samples [C0, S1] and is supplied for research use only [S3].

The assay has a stated product range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 5.2 pg/ml [S1]. Detection is colorimetric, read on a standard microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes [S1]. Reported recovery values are serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%), and linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types [S1].
