Mouse Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

A biotinylated anti-MCP1 detection antibody combined with HRP-avidin and a TMB substrate produces a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. Standards cover a product range of 7.81–500 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 2.3 pg/ml, and the complete protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery averages are reported as 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed and should not be used past the stated expiration date.
