Mouse MMP9 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this ready-to-use ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MMP9 in serum and plasma. The assay provides a sensitivity of < 20 pg/ml and a measuring range of 156-10,000 pg/ml, with detection performed on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Validated for mouse reactivity, the kit employs a sandwich immunoassay format in which MMP9 in standards and samples is captured by an antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Following incubation and washing, a biotinylated anti-MMP9 detection antibody binds the captured analyte, and an HRP conjugate catalyses the TMB substrate to produce a colour change proportional to the target concentration. Absorbance is read at 450 nm and MMP9 levels are calculated from a standard curve.
