Mouse Microsomal Glutathione S Transferase 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA (sELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Microsomal Glutathione S Transferase 1 (MGST1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, a biotinylated anti-MGST1 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported performance figures include a product range of 1.56-100 U/L and a sensitivity of <1 U/L. Spike-and-recovery averages are 91% in serum (range 80%-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (n=5) is reported as 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% in serum; 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% in EDTA plasma; and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% in heparin plasma.
