Mouse Methylthioadenosine Phosphorylase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Methylthioadenosine Phosphorylase (MTAP) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-MTAP antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate detected with TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Manufacturer specifications list an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past the expiration date.

Reported spike-and-recovery values (n=5) average 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). Linearity has been assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for each of the three sample types.
