Mouse Metallothionein 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Metallothionein 2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), using a biotinylated anti-Metallothionein antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate for detection, with a TMB substrate visualised by absorbance at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The stated assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml and the sensitivity is <0.116 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been characterised across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
