Mouse Mesothelin ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Mesothelin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, together with a biotinylated anti-Mesothelin detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative measurement is supported across an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 h 30 min. Reported average recovery is 91% for serum (n=5, range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%–89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions falls within 74%–107% across the tested sample types.
