Mouse Matrix Metalloproteinase 10 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Matrix Metalloproteinase 10 (MMP10) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for mouse MMP10, a biotinylated anti-MMP10 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Key performance figures: sensitivity <2.35 pg/ml, assay range 6.25–400 pg/ml, and an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Average recovery values are reported as 91% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 95% in heparin plasma. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated.
