Mouse Matrilin 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Matrilin 2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Matrilin 2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the enzymatic reaction quantified by absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the reagents must not be used past their stated expiration date.
