Mouse Mannose Receptor C Type 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Mannose Receptor C Type 2 (MRC2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is <0.054 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery was validated in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity was tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, yielding ranges of 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, and 89–91% for heparin plasma (n=5 per sample type).

Kit components include lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage temperatures specified between +4°C and -20°C depending on the component.
