Mouse Mannose Associated Serine Protease 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Mannose Associated Serine Protease 1 (MASP1) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a biotinylated anti-MASP1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate visualisation read in a microplate reader at 450 nm.

The kit has a sensitivity of <0.8 ng/ml and an assay range of 2.34-150 ng/ml. Reported recovery in serum is 80%-102% (average 91%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 81%-100% (average 90%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 80%-89% (average 84%, n=5). Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
