Mouse Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Alpha ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 alpha in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format. An antibody specific for the target is immobilised on the plate, and standards or test samples are added so that the analyte binds to the wells. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 alpha Antibody is applied, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate.
