Mouse Lysyl tRNA Synthetase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Lysyl tRNA Synthetase (LysRS) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay follows a sandwich enzyme immunoassay principle in which an antibody specific for LysRS is pre-coated onto the microplate; standards and samples are added and LysRS is captured by the immobilized antibody. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-LysRS Antibody is added, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate then produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution, with the intensity of yellow proportional to the amount of LysRS captured per well, and the concentration is calculated by reference to the standard curve. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 ratios yielded serum recoveries of 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; EDTA plasma recoveries of 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; and heparin plasma recoveries of 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%.
